Withdraw from the contract

If you contract as a consumer, give notice of withdrawal here without stating a reason. The general period is 14 calendar days from contracting, without prejudice to statutory extensions and other rights.
Confirmation records a dated notice and receipt. This is different from canceling renewal. Refunds and service effects are processed following your notice; this form does not issue an automatic refund.
To use the form, sign in with the manager account and verify its email. You can also give notice by email without signing in or accepting new terms.
